Nutz's VFR 800

... on the a roads. Only to run right into Bristol traffic (facepalm). So first points about the vfr. It's very good in town, the low down fuelling is great and the clutch is easy on the arm. The panniers however are as wide as Beyonce's arse, I'm convinced I clipped a car but there are no marks on ...

Re: Practical Sportsbike Magazine

... longer. Rang yesterday and told it's not been sent so previous 2 times they lied. I've given up and gone the newsagents for a copy myself. Not a great start to a new magazine Clesrly this merger hasn't gone as smoothly as they think it should of. Maybe there used to be 2 different teams now they ...

Re: Practical Sportsbike Magazine

Still no magazine has been delivered. I rang 3 times and the first 2 times told definitely on its way, wait a bit longer. Rang yesterday and told it's not been sent so previous 2 times they lied.

I've given up and gone the newsagents for a copy myself.

Not a great start to a new magazine

Looking at the photos it's hard to believe it's a 17 year old bike as looks in great condition. Nice one mate, enjoy the ride to work (y)

Re: Mr Postman

Tool kit and bag for camping etc.

Saves me having to flog a selection of tools out of my kit at home each trip. These can just stay in the camper now. Great quality and a bargain price!! AU$100.

... I've not got at the end of the day and the man in charge couldn't give a flying monkey. Not the end of the world by a long stretch but equally not great customer service imo.

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??

... Matlock and on to CMC at Clay Cross for a Burger and a brew while looking at all the bikes, nothing peaked my interest. The Continental tyres are great, my confidence in them is growing already and thats on dusty slippery tarmac.

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??

Washed and polished with an ACF-50 top-up. Looks great to me and I freed off one mirror adjuster which had stuck solid, you know it's serious when It has to be clamped in a bench vise. https://scontent-lhr3-1.xx.fbcdn.net/v/t1.0-9/51814888_10157073153558436_639755470596210688_o.jpg?_nc_cat=105&_nc_ht=scontent-lhr3-1.xx&oh=56853b6b8cda559663149d1cd3ff6461&oe=5CF994EF ...
