They won't care so long as they can get a pizza for a fiver and the local still sells carling for £2.50 a pint. That's the current reality ...

But now he's moaning about getting fat, so he decided to go.e and hit the weights with me. I've just started a new programme, so I'm going light. Today's exercises were done in ...

Re: The new improved fitness thread

I haven't been to the gym for months and have put on a stone. I stopped going because I kept getting throat infections, possibly from the air-con in the place.

Back at it tomorrow though, the doctor gave me a talking to about my weight gain and sugar levels (type 2 diabetic)... It's going to hurt...

We're also having issues with my daughter. Mental Health seems to be one of those things that people don't really take note of until it affects them in some way.

Re: Mr Postman

... no one told the sparks. We've got some strange placements for lights and their switches. I need some lights in a couple of places but I suspect getting a sparkie to fit lights and switches will be too much of a pain in the ass. This is a cheaper and simpler solution.

... is an eminent engineering guru on here, who I believe I recall has often proposed that engines may actually be better if treated less carefully. Getting used to your bike before blatting it about, has got to be an excellent side effect though. Lovely weather for a few days now...: Enjoy. :)

i would keep the daily miles on the low side. There's no point getting tired and bored trying to go too far each day. Relax, stop when you want to, enjoy the ride.

Re: I know it's wrong

There's a big gulf between moaning about getting your bike nicked and getting shot dead in the face for refusing to lie down.

The only possible conclusion is that a life is worth less in the US.
