Re: Post crash legal requirements

... well, as soon as you can. It is not a legal requirement to notify your inurers usually just a compliance issue under the terms and conditions, but even then if you are making a third party claim, very often they do not need to be told until the claims process has started. The article is only referring ...

Re: Test ride day

... what to get next. The R1200rs was seriously impressive for me and the best looking. I know from reputation that the superduke 1290 is an animal even in 'sensible' GT form (raaar) Might have a look soon. Even though the MT is on a PCP it has always had equity because of the trade-in and deposit ...

... keep an eye on that. Again the noise. I can put up with it on the a roads twistys etc. But I got the motor way last night and wanted to get home. Even with this I was fighting my self with pulling in and putting ear plugs in as the noise was horrible. I don't enjoy wearing ear plugs as I don't ...

Re: KTM 790 Duke - Review

... who has spoken to me about KTM's i'm a fan and the 690 Duke with the single cylinder is a brilliant bike - raw, light and good build quality. Even sitting on the 790 at the show i was disappointed. I'm sure it handles really well, but for the price the Triumph or the Yamaha MT09 would be a ...

KTM 790 Duke - Review

... 12 !! I do think though there are some things that KTM could have done a little better with the bike. The switch gear feels kind of cheap, and even though the dash is good, it does feel like its the budget version of the range. The other thing I would change is the seat, it's really hard. The ...

Re: Just one bike

I paid 20600 cash for my wifes car brand new, including on the road charges and even got 5 years servicing, a roof rack and boot liner thrown in the deal. The list price was 33260 and they gave me 1500 over book on my part ex. They genuinely hated me when I left ...

Re: Just one bike

Extremely rare, almost none exsistent imo, it's always cheaper to not take finance. Even 0% finance is not free there is no such thing. The dealer pays your interest instead of giving you a cash discount. Call me old skool, but save up and and buy what you've earned ...

There is no way of knowing what the future holds, even in the short term and especially on motor vehicles. I believe Norway are proposing that the only vehicles to be sold there from 2025 must be zero ...

... depreciation over that 2 or 3 year period ? If you can get a Desmosedici on a PCP deal then it is highly likely that it will maintain its value or even appreciate in value over the 2 or 3 year period , would that mean you could ride it around for 3 years for free ? Not according to Ducati's website. ...

Talking of tapering, my fat loss is having a notable effect on my waist as all my trousers are too big. Even my new 30" waist trousers are getting a little loose
