Re: What ails you today?

Well yesterday I did more physical activity than I have in a while moving campertrailers and bikes about then putting up/taking down the camper to show the new owners the ropes. This morning I feel like I’ve put back all the hard work I’ve done with Physio. Numbness is ...

I toyed with the idea of getting one of these but decided on the Tuono instead, I didn’t test ride one though. Lovely looking bikes !!

Re: What are you doing today ??

Sold the old camper trailer finally!

The parents of one of Byrons school mates bought it. We know them pretty well so have scored another family to camp with in the process!!

Now my bikes have a bit of breathing room in the garage.

Re: What are you doing today ??

Is the 848 much cheaper to run Duke????

Would the extra torque of the 1098 not suit the bike more than an 848?

Might be worth a test ride on both bikes (y)

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??

Got my wing mirror caps as the other side popped off the other week. So bought a replacement and also a pair just in case. Seems to be a common issue on these bikes luckily not very pricy but packaging does mean it bumps up the price

... about the natural progression from 125s to 400s, 600s then 1000s. It made sense as riding a bike is a bit dangerous at times and the old 1 litre bikes used to love a highside. But modern bikes have TC and other features which allow you ride what you like with a bit of a safety blanket in place. ...
