Re: Range Rover tackles the Tianmen mountian , Dragon challe

Fair play to Land Rover, that's an impressive video and it's playing right into the Chinese market.

That driver looks scared before he drives up the steps. I can't say I blame him.

I'd want to look at it in daylight before I'd even consider a move if I were in your position.

Re: What ails you today?

I've clearly got hands and feet made of glass.

Did kicking practice tonight at taekwondo.

Get home and stubbed a toe. Not sure if it's badly bruised or broken, but I've broken this one before.

Re: What are you doing today ??

bit disappointed to be back in the office today after a good day Friday drinking at the bike show with my buddy. Although the show itself was a little flat for me, nothing really wowed me, there wasn't a particularly stand out bike for me, I still like the same bikes I liked before haha

Re: The new improved fitness thread

... only doing weights 2 days a week, and 2 core sessions a week as well, but it'll be great to back into things. As I haven't been going to the gym before work I've had real issues struggling to get up in a morning, hopefully this will get me back on track.

Re: The new improved fitness thread

I managed a 40minute cycle before it got too dark last night. Over 8 miles on my extremely neglected 10+year old mountain bike.

Good News?! My knee doesn't hurt !!!!!

Re: New Speed Triple

Precisely why I fitted an Akrapovic can with an exhaust valve and knocked out the Cats but left the mid baffle box in. Looks like a totally standard performance edition from the outside. I am going to replace the mid box with a Pine Box though at some point, probably just before it goes on the Dyno.
