Re: A Third bike

... look of the Evo dark. That one at Jemspeed is very low mileage as well. As tempting as many of these Ducatis are I do need to spend time on one before buying. Fair point and don't be worried about servicing and reliability the modern bikes are pretty much inline with any other brand and problems ...

Re: Bosnia

... away since the war. Key statement right there. It's Eastern Europe in general. Too many ethnic groups with a clan-like mindset that goes back way before the war(s) that have been waged in that region. It's almost a medieval mentality. The orphans of the last war become the 'revenge generation' ...

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??

Took the GB for a bimble. Left hand has started to go numb so don’t think there is many rides before my surgery left in me.

Did a top speed run. 135 km sitting up and 140 km tucked. 30 odd HP runs out of legs real quick (lol)

Re: Weekend plans

Off to London tomorrow, taking the missus to the theatre to watch a musical, then staying the night at the Union Jack club.

Coming back on Sunday afternoon, I'm sure we'll be able to find something to do in the capital before then, no idea what though!

Sometimes my commute to Tipton, my average is now less than 20mph and that includes about 5 miles of motorway. A car is becoming a pointless ...

Only in a biker's world

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??

The AT is on its main stand, all greased up and polished. I doubt I'll use it again this year unless there's a TS breakfast meet before Christmas, in which case I'll drag it out.

The Versys is going to be the winter hack. Poor thing..

Re: Mr Postman

Oh nice. I started to look through the corporate thing yesterday evening but had to apply for it which I don't recall doing before. I can still look into it if you like but you'd be unlikely to get an addition 15%, more likely just 5-10%
