... on for 2300 miles so they may have tightened but the guys at Tipton said they shouldn't be that tight. I've never had an issue with Mike's work before.

Went for a run last night, first run in 2 weeks what with moving and generally being lazy..

It wasn't a pretty sight.. Going to have to focus a bit over the next couple of weeks before the next 10k race

I can quite honestly say that if mobile phones were banned or done away with tomorrow, it would not bother me.

The benefits would far outweigh the negatives.

I existed quite happily without them before the year 2000 or so, so i could definitely do so again.

Ha ha That's about right up that way, I lived down the road opposite the cricket club before I moved back here, and had to queue for bloody ages just to get over the bridge every morning, that looked very light as traffics goes. Not standing in her corner for one ...

They're not cheap and I'll be forever chasing the front and the rear before getting both of them in the same condition to be changed.
