I've started cycling again again my 1st love,I did two hours Saturday and also the week before.

... her little sister started teaching her friend how to skate. Don't get me wrong she taught well hut I find it funny how only a hand ful of times before she was brand new and had never even skated let alone ice skate before and she had turned into an expert within that short space of time! Haha!!

They use to make us do a run and then play rugby before going in the gas chamber. The rugby tackles would loosen the suits seals as you got roughed up and the sweating would open your pores to allow the chemicals in easier. Sick bastard those PTI's ...

Sunday we are all going a national trust park for a nice walk before a country pub roast dinner and then catch up with all the racing on the telly. I've been twice to see Legend. Regarding tyres, what are you all planning on doing? I will be putting a fresh set on before dropping the bike off. I may also chuck another rear in with the bike.

If you crash in pitlane I think really you should not be riding a bike.
And to have two bikes at a trackday and neither of which works properly but one of which should have been checked and corrected the night before with just a spanner, should also say the same.
