Re: What did you do to your bike today ??

If I was going to do anything like that I'd get a brand new set on before going..

Keep that tyre though and get it put back on when the France tyre is done for

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??

Dull and boring ride into work today.

I spent the journey trying to decide if I should get a new rear tyre before I go to France or after. The jury is undecided but before seems to be winning at present.

Re: The new improved fitness thread

Shoulders and traps. Morning session went well, used the same weights as before I burnt out. Feel like I could go up to the next weight next week. Lunchtime session saw me again lifting the same as I did before the burn out, but this time with the rest period ...

That position always goes internally before even getting a chance to go external. It even goes before test rider vacancies.

Re: Being tracked

I know that with a couple of my clients who run small fleets of Company cars, the insurers insist on one or two of the drivers using a black box all the time due to their accident/speeding records. Doubt it will be many years before that filters down to all of us.

This morning I had a long chat with an expert we use for accident investigations and reconstructions. He's been to an annual conference and gave me a call to give me an update as it's an area we deal in.
Do you deal in personal injury claims?

TBH....the upward wind-tunnel thing you do in training is pretty cool too.....but nothing can replicate that moment when you jump out the door.

Have fun!!!

Balls (envy)

Lines changed and bled well this morning. Lever firm.

Move the bike forwards a metre - lever loses all pressure. Same as before.

I'm going to have a cry and then strip the callipers properly i think. Then its an MC refurb.

I'm getting fed up of brakes ;( ;(

BT-023, fecking horrible. The grip is actually OK or it had been until I went out on Saturday in the hot weather, but I hate the profile.

Just noticed I'd quoted the wrong person above, meant to quote Kwacky not Blade.

Anyway back to the ZX before Kwacky starts moaning!
