Re: Work/life balance

... for them.... even if they don't know they do. You do have to do what you feel is right.. for you. Obviously consider all factors though, as I said before it's about the whole package on balance. Also, listen to your gut. If something doesn't feel right it probably isn't

Re: Guy Martin in trouble

Think so. Certainly rings a bell.

The guy gets more press than he warrants....don't get me wrong, I like the guy, but being "quaintly eccentric" only lasts for so long before it starts to wear thin.

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??

Yes, I recognise it now, the Dunstall name has been around for years (since before I was a teen (blush) ). It was always quality kit, hadn’t realised they were still about!

Re: Homelesness UK

... as housing is in such short supply. It could be one of those half baked council schemes where they knock old houses down and then run out of money before they build the new ones. There are blocks and blocks of houses like that in Liverpool. :(

Both bikes need a wash and a scrub. I might get out on the AT on Sunday afternoon if I've got the time. Saturday night I'm taking ...

Re: Milan Bike Show - a few thoughts

Good job it wasn't this weekend. It would have cost us 2% more.

The general consensus from speaking to others who have also been before is that the crowds were significantly higher on every single day. Not sure I would visit the show on a Saturday again.

Re: Triumph 1200 Scrambler

I liked the original Scrambler and I liked the 1200 Explorer/Tiger, not sure I like that though. :^

I’ve seen that tank before somewhere, an off-roader from the 60’s or 70’s iirc, but not surprising given the look that the stylists wanted I guess.

Re: What you watching?

Thank you.

I'm miles from any of that....I'm in Cypress, which is in the middle of everything that's "built-up" and pretty close to the coast.....millions would perish horribly before the fires got anywhere near here.

It is a bit smoky/ashy....but nowt major.
