Re: Tankbags

... Tanklock Bag - i got it for half what i'd pay for a SW Motech one and they are quality kit. https://media.givi.it/XN-Prodotti/foto/XS307.jpg I've also bought a couple of 40L Lomo Motorcycle Drybags with some Rok straps to make it easy to take them on and off (for clothes and stuff), so it should ...

Re: Which Street Tripple?

I would go for the newer bike because the warranty is nice to have, although on my 2013 STR I never used it, and also I have had a 13+ STR so the new version would be different enough to not be repeating myself and have the more modern electronics.

My only thinking guiding me towards the 675 is that not only I save £36 a month and I would also save a £1000 on buying a race can and some other useful bling that the 675 has.

Re: Which Street Tripple?

Also Kwacky... What are the Triumphs like for reliability?
I really like one of these bikes though b,cos first of all they,re British and secondly they have a certain style that the Japanese bikes don,t.

Which Street Tripple?

Re: Proposals

Now that is a beautiful ring!! Word of warning here mate....that's a four-prong mount - great way to highlight the stone, but also very fragile....just one of those prongs gets out of alignment and the stone will either come loose, or come out completely & get lost, and then you end ...

Don't ride into a dust storm on the Kathmandu ring road, your front teeth will never forgive you. Also open face helmets suck!

I'd also question this. My 990 SD is 7 years old, OK granted it's very low mileage at under 10k, but other than a few stone chips there is no sign of wear.

I've yet to have it serviced though so I may change my mind then.
