Dont forget to set the sag again at the front as well as the rear, as things that change at the rear will effect the front and with a correctly supported rear you win be carrying more weight on the front.

I would imagine 1 PSI either way will make little difference, honestly. Besides, they're only supposed to be used for getting to somewhere to get a proper tyre fitted again.

... the moment so going to wait. I've got no problems with the powers they are a good tyre but wantbto try something different. I wouldn't mind the M5 again as they were a stonking tyre but really want the m7rr as heard so many good things about them but it is very pricy!

Did back tonight and I really struggled again.. I did a variety of pull ups until failure again (4x wide, 4x wide head infront of bar, 3x chin up) and managed over 10 for my first set which is a definite improvement. I get severe forearm pump ...

If I had to choose I would say the ZX6R, however, I haven't ridden the T675 so it isn't fair.
The only '600' I've had any issues with on track was a 675 and in race trim they are insane!
My advice? Ride both and see which one you want to ride again!

... by the time you've got it set up, but that's lockwiring between metal components. Still, if you get it wrong you can just snip it and try again. Just mind the grips.
