Haha.. I already do - I struggle to find trousers that fit!

My PB squat was 170kg which was 2x my bodyweight at the time. I'm currently rehabilitating my knee after LCL ligament damage a couple of months back so taking it steady

Just driving about (work) and a quick trip to the gym... Then finished yesterday's dinner with roast lamb sandwiches... If the weather plays ball then i might take the bike out after work.

Back in the office today after my course away last week but had a visit from my Training and Competency manager which went well so all signed off now so can legally start advising customers now, time to get my head down and start getting a caseload built.

I seriously would love to come to Isle of man with you guys realise it be a class weekend, but I can't get it that week ill be off and going away then got a wedding to go to the weekend after so I'll be running out of dosh by then!

... want. Ice skating, surf simulator, rock climbing, cinemas, gym, pools (there are about 5 on board) whirlpools and there are clubs catered to look after the kids of all ages. The best part is that you get to see different countries and it gives you a flavour of that coutry (we did Russia last time) ...

Sweating my whatsits off today, after a gorgeous nights sleep where the temp dropped down to 18°C overnight, I'm working at a customers premises tomorrow that's situated on a farm, so its temp/pollen/sun overload for me in the morning. (sweat)

Today going to a funeral of a very close friend of my girlfriend and myself. Her dad passed away before the Reading play off final at Wembley after having a heart attack. Very emotional time
