last night I decided to start both bikes and let them get up to operating temperature, the multi started first time ( as usual ) so then onto the 999, after about 3 turnovers she fired up and I haven't started it for about 3 weeks, spot on. (y)

Well after being told off the doc I need to do some exercise, I bought a piece of 'gym' equipment for the garage, it's very hard on the shoulders and arms and supposed to help the stomach muscles. I can only do about 5 mins ...

... like a mad man, had a massive breakfast at a new location (logged for a future TS ride out) rode home, cleaned bike, makes a change that I did it after the ride, but she was a mess from today and last weeks outing. Edit > sorry rode with skill and plenty of care and attention.

The mechanic showed me the photo of the bike after the crash. The rider must have been doing at least 100 when the accident happened.

Exactly what I'm hoping for !!

Im' also hoping that a click does something! haha.. rebound is shot, literally no adjustment after a session on track. I'm assuming it overheats either through lack of nitrogen in the reservoir or old sludgy oil

... I'm not suprised what's happening. Not sure of the laws over there but in the uk the sales of goods act can be used for warranty type claims, way after a manufacturers warranty has ended too. I think BSD do a before and after run for comparisons.

You're looking at around 8bhp increase but it's more about the power delivery.

Numbers are pretty meaningless unless tested back to back
And totally irrelevant unless tested on the same machine, altitude, temperature, time of day, etc, etc, etc
