2 hour gym session last night (back and upper arms) means that I was almost dead by 8 pm. Hour run after that completed the task.

... in labour and only two midwifes so we got left alone a fair bit, so I kept 'checking' the gas to make sure it was still 'working' (lol) HAHA After Will was born (first one) Sarah went for a bath so I strapped myself in and went for a ride. I was on it for about 15 minutes before the midwife ...

We were in Lichfield birth centre. No doctors or theater so you have to be low risk, but its a much nicer environment. We have been only ones here (kate stayed over night) with 3 staff. So have been well looked after
