Re: What are you doing today ??

Well to me they look no different to the xrays taken 3 hours post op. I expected to see some bone growth in between my vertebrae which would indicate that fusion is successful. A google on the subject gives wildly varying advice on what to expect at 6 week point. So the only positive I can take wit...

Re: Cav's Workshop

That's a clever idea StMarks. Cav personally I think I would keep my gear inside your workshop. It keeps everything together and organised. I prefer it like that rather than bits and pieves everywhere!! Also keeps it out of the way inside the home. Wouldn't want to waste space inside.....plus my mis...

Haven't touched the bike for months and months trying to save money for my wedding (in the most beautifully place in the area), honeymoon (which will be the best ever, defo once in a lifetime) and for my trip away (quite possibly once in a life time bef...

Re: Practical Sportsbike Magazine

It's one company running the show, including subscriptions. There shouldn't have been any issues with the subscriptions. But loads have complained. Muppets. They knew a while ago that PB was going to be pulled. They should have sorted things out months ago. Didn't realise that to be honest. Unsure ...

Re: Battery Recommendations

Motobatt for me too. However at the moment I've still got the orginal battery (2013) and that thing is still going strong so haven't needed to change. I have had a motobatt blow up on me too, I smelt something really foul as i was riding home, got home checked out where the smell was coming from and...

Re: Practical Sportsbike Magazine

Still no magazine has been delivered. I rang 3 times and the first 2 times told definitely on its way, wait a bit longer. Rang yesterday and told it's not been sent so previous 2 times they lied. I've given up and gone the newsagents for a copy myself. Not a great start to a new magazine Clesrly th...

Re: 2019 Biking plans

102db is the static limit I think Duke. But I think Ducati are exempt from static noise test and just need to NOT trigger the gantry noise meter (Just roll off for the gantry ;) ) If they are fitted with OEM cans. 102. Jeez my old 600 (stock) wasn't even 102 - it was 105! Sent from my SM-G935F usin...

Re: Rossgo's Trip Away!

Do yourself a favour Ross....try using the thing first on an old tyre....the side of the road, in traffic, wearing your gear, etc. is NOT the place to learn how to plug a tyre (don't ask me how I know this!!). And buy more glue - there's barely enough in those little tubes to fix one flat...and if ...
