It has been poorly managed in places but locally they have been making some big strides in their management.

Consultant appointments round here are currently running very smoothly and on time. Money is however still an issue as the demand on the system grows week by week.

I am old enough to have had what was actually (ironically) a black passport.

Have they really?? What does the Eire govt. have to say on the matter?? It's nothing to do with them as the borer patrols will be from our side of the fence.
