Roast pork, crackling etc etc, treacle & apple tart with custard, then grazed through Fridays delivery from my cheese club, all UK cheeses and a couple of stunners in there including an Isle of Wight Blue which was just sublime. Coffee and mints to finish. Feeling at peace with the world atm. N...

Re: Silverstone Motogp 2019

I'm not suprised. They will have to resurface the whole thing first.

Thing is they might not get it back if they lose it.

Stick them round Mallory - that would be a laugh :D

Re: HELP! Geek advice required

Most laptops will be fine these days, especially for school work as it's mainly using a browser or office tool.

As Jon has said, i'd go 13 inch minimum and 6 GB plus RAM.

Look at touchscreen laptops too - some fold backwards to become a tablet which may help him with visual work.

Re: Brexit Round 2

It's entirely up to May, no one else has a say at the moment. She could revoke article 50 and call a referendum. She could extend article 50 and try to renegotiate with the EU or she could call a general election. What she doesn't have is a mandate for no deal and Parliament won't allow it. I do ho...

The petrol warning light came on on the way home last night. I rode all the way to work with the light flashing so I reckon I did about 48 miles on reserve.
