Re: Aprilia RS660

Two different bikes. One is the standard superlight, with alloy frame. Other £50, 000 all carbon, including the frame. Plus a turbo, and the gearbox from the V4 super bike.

Re: Wayne Rainey rides again.....

Was great to see him on a bike again.
It's funny, he is still a racer at heart. But of a demon in the carts.

Re: Aprilia RS660

The Norton will just be a collector's bike.
One Norton super light, or five a Aprilia 660's?

Re: Silly Money

You see a few of these new old stock motorcycles on the market occasionally. Was an RD 250 LC a while ago. I wonder what they really sell for. Certainly not the listed price.

Going to be some great stuff on Disney plus when it launches. Netflix is going to find it hard going in the near future.

Should put it right back in the mix with most of its direct competitors.
I guess lots of manufacturers will be updating their range of bikes now. Ready for Euro 5 next year.

Re: A test ride but on something a little different

Might be just the thing to get back into bikes. Something you can ride with no pressure to ride fast. Just chill out and enjoy the ride. We had a guy who used to tag along on rides sometimes. Stopping a every petrol station because of the diabolical range of his Harley. He used to get some friendly ...

Re: Triumph deals

I ve seen £3700 off a SD GT on 0% APR for 3 years. KTM are a pain in the backside for doing this. Why anyone buys a new one when there's not a sale on is beyond me. I know someone who brought a 390 Duke. Two months later they were selling them for £3,000 to clear stock. Was not happy. Especially as...

If you are old enough to ride a bike. But need a sticker to tell you an exhaust is hot. There is not a lot of hope for you.

Re: New ZX6R

It's good to see a another super sport 600.
Will be interesting to see if it's had its balls chopped off like the Yamaha R6 did to get it through Euro 4. I would think that Kawasaki must of taken this long to release it to be sure it would get through Euro 5 too.

They are a good bit of kit.
The only problem I have heard about is people not fitting it properly in the initial vertical position. Not really the lifts fault.

Re: Diesel spill claim settlement

Good result. I don't think these companies realise how dangerous this can be to bikes.
Where I work I have to ride past a bus depot, and a truck stop. Some days the diesel on the road is unbelievable.
