Re: Everything Photography

You’ll notice a nice difference in body size and feel. It’s a great feeling camera being a bit more bulky. Re: Everything Photography

90k isn’t much. There are some used bodies out there with much more being sold for £500-600.

Re: Kwacky's ongoing Africa Twin Adventure Sport review

I took a new AT out for a shot when I was getting last service, preferred mine. I’m not sure what I’m getting this time round. The guy I deal with at local dealer is great and usually gives me something nice. Mentioned I was contemplating a Goldwing and he was all up for me taking one away with Mrs ...

Re: Kwacky's ongoing Africa Twin Adventure Sport review

I've had another recall notice for the SUV. This time it's the fuel tank. Some people have had an issue with rusty from the welding and that gets into the filter. So I'll have to get it booked in shortly. Just managed to get mine booked in up here - massive waiting list. Sent from my iPhone using T...

Re: Everything Photography

A good way to get your head round the exposure triangle is to leave your ISO at 100 (when outdoors and loads of light), as this then gives you 2 things to worry about. Then set your your aperture to mid range, something like f11. Then adjust your shutter speed 400/500 and take a shot and review on s...

Re: The new improved fitness thread

Went back on to shifts couple of weeks ago and have been able to exercise so much more - lost a stone already (purely through Zwift).

I’m clearly not a Mon-Fri kind of person.

Re: Coronavirus - hype or pandemlc?

It is definitely the elderly/those with underlying health issues more at risk at the moment, but that may change. The problem with the guidance as it is just now, and the perceived risk to younger/stronger members of society is that, these people don’t see themselves as being in danger so don’t stic...

Coronavirus - hype or pandemlc?

This is never going to disappear; COVID-19 will be around for years in the same way that all other strains of Coronavirus are still around. Whether those who get it build up any immunity to it, is the question. It is sometimes advisable to delay quarantine/lockdown to almost allow a large number of ...
