Re: Pin lock visors
As above the pinlock layer creates a double glazing effect to prevent misting. For this reason I have a pinlock on my clear visor and don't bother on the dark visor as that only comes out when it's sunny so less likely to mist up in the first place. I had an nxr- great helmet.

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??
Like Stonesie, I use a trolley jack and a bit of cardboard under the exhaust at the front of the bike. Getting the stand attached gets easier with practice!

Re: Midweek ride out Wales Wednesday 3rd July (Rossgo)
Had a blast yesterday. Cheers to Rossgo for sorting it out. I've not had much bike time for the last year or so and it was good to get out. Hopefully manage to fit another in before the rain is back. Need another rear first though, it is officially toast.

Re: Huawei Mate 20 Pro
Another mate 20 pro owner here. Great phone. You 100% won't be disappointed with the camera. If you're a dropper get insurance for it though. I have insurance but priced up a replacement screen out of curiosity and it was over £300 because of the curved glass.

Re: Mr Postman
I've got a mate who's a HETAS engineer fitting wood burners and he says for a wood store you want the wind to blow around the wood and to get it off the floor if possible on a couple of pallets or the like. If it's on the floor it just rots and doesn't burn as well.

Re: Poppies, poppies everywhere
I happened to switch on BBC Merseyside this morning and they were talking about how Sefton (I think) had found the previous addresses of all the soldiers from the area that had died in service. They then wrote to the 1800 or so addresses still standing to let them know a previous occupant of the hou...

Thanks Deegee, I've used Otterbox cases in the past but they don't seem to do the defender series for the new phone yet. Unfortunately the heavy duty case selection is a bit limited for the new phone at present.
