Re: 3 miles down
I don't think they've got anything which can operate at those depths capable of doing that. The pressure alone will have squashed most things beyond recognition. Actually, fwiw I don't believe that's entirely accurate.: The bodies will probably be largely unharmed Because we are made of around 60% ...

The background in your picture looks more blurred than the same background of the Duke does Fkkr1s. Is that a good indicator of relative speed.?? Incidentally, I love those 3 wheel Morgans with the front mounted exposed V twin. Utterly impractical but stunningly attractive. Delighted to hear you had...

Cracking looking dog that Rossgo, is it an Irish Wolfhound.?
I've been working on my hawthorn hedge all day. I had considered going to Snetterton tomorrow, but haven't had time to prep' my bike for track & it's a 3hr + journey so I have now passed my viable journey start time.

Nah it's fun to pick on nutters. Don't worry. I can't read that thread as I'm not a member. Is it a similar pile of rank dog turd like we all had to endure ? Same old crap I'm afraid. He currently seems to need to tell everyone all about the beautiful 20 somethings that can't keep their hands off h...

It is all very suspect, to say the very least. The lack of pictures (despite him acknowledging numerous requests) does add to the disbelief. Fwiw I think I do believe that he has lost his wife. I think I can believe he has therefore lost contact with his son. I can believe that his father is half a ...

He manages to stay exceptionally composed, considering the emotive subject.
Without wishing to appear disrespectful however, I'm not sure if I totally agree with the message. Surely your concentration needs to be at pretty much 100% 100% of the time when riding.?

Re: The Dropped my Bike like a plonker thread....
I don't remember dropping a bike, except when moving at damaging speeds. Don't get me wrong, I will have done so as I was quite small when I started riding. However fwiw I have been witness to an epic one.: I was in a flash bike showroom, probably about 10 years ago. A couple of lads were looking ro...

I have to agree with you Fkr1s, but I think it's just symptomatic of peoples self obsessed & selfish attitudes that are becoming so much more prevalent these days.

Ok, I’m not entirely comfortable with doing this, but as you lot have I’ll give it a try. There’s not much to know about me. I’m no Saint & my Christian name is not Mark. I’m 21, and “a bit”. However the “bit” joke wore very thin after it’s 21st anniversary, and that was a long time ago. I am st...

At the time it was heart stoppingly beautiful.
It still looks DDG 20 years on IMHO.
However (sorry Duke) I now prefer the looks of my 675.
The true test, I guess, will be if my bike still retains the same impact in 20 years time.

Actually Duke, that's exactly what put's me off treating myself to something exotic.duke63 wrote:.. and £50k poorer....]
I simply couldn't carve my way through the traffic (like I did today) or hoon round a racetrack with the same happy abandon if I was that precious about my bike.
